The air conditioning didn't work. It was nearly 90 degrees. The heat from the engine burnt my foot. The agent was very friendly and helpful.RICKY C.
There was an electrical problem. The wires were jiggled to get them to work. I guess nothing else could be done but I would think there would be a check out before I arrived. There was at least one wire that had a cut and it exposed the wire underneath. I informed the destination company of the issue. The trailer was clean.John F.

The whole online checking was complicated. When signing up it wasn't clear that there would be a lockbox, etc. also that location services needed to be turned on my phone. Because it was not, the app didn't tell me what was wrong. I had to call support. Good intentions but it needed to be clearer. Otherwise all good.Stephen F.
Overall really good. Lady working behind counter seemed a little distracted. No employee wearing protective mask. I would recommend that they do if the reason for the mask is to protect others from you then mask should definitely be worn by all customer service representative as a sign of respect to the customer especially when they are concernedRonald M.
