Communicate. We were asked to take a trailer down with us. "There were families in need". At the drop off they mentioned that they didn't want it. They had more than they needed. Of course they accepted and of course we were compensated but it all just seemed like a waste
COLTON WCustomer friendliness was absent
Craig SVery muddy and trucks are really raged out . Rented truck in Woodstock and rented and booked 20 ft . Then they had only a 16 ft. Truck. Then the truck went into shop for repairs and I had to drive all the way to Strasburg to get another and pay mileage because they didn’t have a truck. Sounds like a great way to do customers.
Sara WThe 15 foot truck was okay but had a lot of damage on the exterior. The truck ran good however the Heat Guage was not working nor was the heater working in the cab. I was cold driving as it was cold outdoors. The staff was okay. The storage compartment was not totally cleaned out from the last usage. There were a bit of trash around the floor.
