The Uhaul application and billing system was down, and the dealer had to fill everything in by hand. The computer systems were lagging and needed to be rebooted several times when I was in the office. The dealer was complaining about the failure of Uhaul support for their own systems. You're getting top dollar, make the system work... It was cutting into MY rental time to fill out the paperwork, not loading my truck.

My rental pick up location was switched at the last second. I was not notified until 10:33 AM the day of pick up, 33 minutes AFTER the scheduled time of pickup. The location it was switched to was 20 minutes away. I had to pay $35 for a taxi to pick up my car. I would have made other arrangements had I known.

Not sure why you have to pay mileage plus you have to top off gas tank. So local move less than 45 miles of driving to and from $29.99 rental turns into almost $80 rental. Little caught off guard. But hey I needed the truck soooo.....

Delivered vehicle to Sunday drop-off. Location closed (not an issue). Amole parking and access. Called U-Haul to cerify drop and was told I needed to take to a different location (again). This was the specific location at time if reservation. Phone service had to verify that it was ok to leave even though after-hours drop box available. Vehicle left with full tank and swept clean. Yhen U-Haul has the nerve to charge my card $0.04 for an additional 0.1 miles driven. It will be a long time begore I ever purchase or rent from U-Haul again.

Truck was adequate for the needs of the move and maintained ok, customer service was prompt and truck was ready at appointed pick up time, there was also a convenient drop off for after hours that made things easy for me. In all the rental facility is ok. Not the Ritz mind you but if you need a short term rental it is fine. thank you U- Haul.

My experience with rs fleet &equipment service was absolutely terrible. First off they tried to charge us an extra late day ao $80 instead of $40, so with the extra fees 118.80 when it should have been $59. They then proceeded to charge or card 118.80 twice so $237.60??! I called them and they charged us the correct amount of 59.40 but didnt take off the 237.60 worth of charges. Ive had to make so many calls and emails and we still dont have the money owed to us from their mistake. Ill probably never rent from uhaul again and will certainly not rent from this location. BEWARE!

I picked up this vehicle at 10 after one on Wednesday the 31st of this year getting their person was out to lunch so I waited smallbeautiful time 10 minutes or so not a problem when the lady got back she started to work on my rental immediately that’s when it went all downhill. Lady behind the desk was inexperienced on the rental vehicles kept asking me what I was quoted in price which it plainly states on euros website what I’m to pay per vehicle after was all said and done without me looking at the bill the time she charge me some ungodly amount then reduced off half of it in miscellaneous fees and I still ended up paying $30 more than I was supposed to because of the person not knowing her job then it gets better I go out to the vehicle floor was filthy into preparing to pull out in the person riding with me looked over the gas gauge and said that wasn’t the correct amount of gas that was marked on the paper so I pulled over to check it and it was a quarter of a tank off what was noted on the rental agreement took it back and explain to her the gas gauge was wrong and she had no explanation for that thank God for town and country telling in storage for taking their time to get in touch with the people who corrected the bill and put $30 back on my debit card. I read the reviews before but didn’t pay any mind to them in but there was one in there about the place that I rented the vehicle from RS fleet Maintenance In Strasburg Virginia please be aware of this place and if you have to rent from this place scrutinize the bill before you leave
