The app and website are not easy to navigate! To be honest it was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Overall it was a pain in the ass.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPhone number taped to the door. "For returns call this number" The man who answered was nonchalant and gave little acknowledgement. "I see you in yhe system, just park it alongside the others" Didn't need pics nor ask about the app.
ERIC LThank You
Michael MPickup location was not staffed. I had to call a phone number to talk to somebody at a different location who did everything over the phone and via text. Then I had to hook up the trailer myself. All of the ratchets were heavily rusted and barely worked. The fold down fender was broken and missing a rubber t-handle to secure it.
Chris MUsing the app to do drop off went smoothly.
