The vehicle wasn't checked in electronically when I returned it, even though the place was open and I gave the keys to an employee. And it looks like I was charged for more milage than I actually used. I estimated 100, it was actually 85. My receipt shows I was charged by the estimate, not the actual mileage. That's more laziness than malice in this case I think.
Elizabeth HClaimed we did not fill the gas tank to the correct place on gas meter. Attempted to charge us for this. Had to show pictures for this to be resolved.
