Great experience, picked up and dropped off with mobile phone app and it was easy and quick. Truck was clean and has been well maintained. Definitely would recommend U Haul to friends and family.

Took me about 1 hour get the truck and trailer, even i did online reservation. The Clark told me my drop off 7pm. Missing trailer wire kits, no one came out to check the truck and trailer. I am in hurry and part of my fault that I didn't check before I leave. I got to buy trailer wire kits for $10.
SAI ZIt was a bit chaotic because the lady was helping was being distracted by the manager, but we finally got it finished. They were friendly.
Terry JU was quoted 59.00 for a 20 foot but they only had a 26 ft. So I was told they would give me 26 ft for price of 20 ft. When I arrive to pick up U-Haul I was charged $200.00. Is this bait and switch which is illegal. The clerk at gas station said the F word 3 times. Another customer got on to him about his language. I felt robbed. I needed to get moved so what else could I do but pay the higher price. Never Again will I use U haul…
