We ordered and paid in advance for all of our boxes and packing supplies to be ready for pick up when we were to pick up the U-Haul truck. Not a single thing was prepared. The lady was very rude about their mistake and they didn’t even have any of the supplies on hand at that facility so we had to go to Home Depot and spend a fortune on boxes etc and waste our time and then had to fight just to get our money back for the supplies they didn’t have for us. It was very frustrating and a rough start to a day of moving.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy only issue with this transaction was the fact I rented truck for 2 days and I returned it a day early and before UHaul opened up on Sunday but I was still charged for a day rental. I was not giving credit for returning early.
