I was charged for a round trip U-Haul when I was told by the seller that it was a one way U-Haul. Other than that it was a good experience.

The Truck I rented was a 26' the back had not been cleaned out! There were 22 cal bullets that had been fired, the tiny cigarettes and ashes,all over the floor... The cab was so sp but the center area when I lifted up the arm rest carriage had potato chips crushed all over the inside area. The passenger dashboard was muddy from where someone had put their feet up on it. The floor mates had not been swept out.

CAMERON BWhen I went to rent uhaul in uhaul my card was declined by U-Haul customer service was very bad when choosing my return location uhaul changed it from Newport ar which was a lot closer to where I was living to the same pickup location I am very dissatisfied with the customer service Jennifer was very rude and didn't want to help out at all the owner of the drop-off location believed that I wasn't living due to other people having the same problem she has told me several people have chosen her drop off then U-Haul changing it I want a refund for the money spend pain and I'm suffering I'm not happy at all
