I am disappointed with the U-Haul app. When I tried to use it to pick up the truck before the office was open it directed me to call U-Haul. The wait time to talk to someone was 30 to 40 minutes. That was unacceptable as I was on a timeline to meet my movers. If you are going to have an app then it should be more user friendly for the customer. I had talked with someone at U-Haul yesterday and they reassured me that the app should work but also gave me the phone number if I have any issues. Again, the app isn't customer friendly and the wait time to talk to someone was 30 to 40 minutes. Unacceptable. Fortunately I was able to get the keys from the clerk prior to the opening time.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe have rented UHaul trucks many times in the last several years and have always been happy. But not with this rental. We had a base rate of $29.95 and ended up paying $250.00! This ridiculous gouging mainly was due to the gas for the vehicle. We started the rental with a quarter of a tank of gas (not a full tank which would have made filling the tank easier upon returning) and when we returned the vehicle we thought we had put enough gas back in the tank for our trip. We were charged a $30 fueling fee and $54 MORE for the gas they deemed necessary to make that quarter tank we started with!! When we complained to the UHaul Sultan Shell Station they said we needed to take our complaint to UHaul… which we will be doing. DO NOT rent from this UHaul location if you’re looking for honesty and great service.
David EMaintenance on the vehicles. Ours felt like it was going to break down at any moment. It was a very expensive rental for less than 24hrs and going maybe 15 miles. I was very disappointed with the price I paid and I couldn't understand the guy I rented it from
