The trailer was clean and in very good condition. We had no problems with it during our move.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery easy in and out and on your way!
Beth AThe unit was not cleaned at all, I rented a dolly (not avaliable at the facility) but was charged and I do not use the truck for more than 10 hr and I also was charged for one day more.
Joaquin GThe experience was very easy to upload all info and pick up and drop off was very efficient. Would definitely use again.
David SI rented the truck and only put ten miles on it because it was so dirty on the inside of the cab and something was seriously wrong with the front end. I was in a rush so l simply went and rented a Ryder truck to take care of my move. I simply took the U-Haul back three or four hours later when I was able to get a ride back home. I explained to the rental place of my problem they offered nothing. So I paid for the truck and left. I simply will never use U-Haul again because there was no concern on there part at all! Sorry, I was a loyal customer for years. Mike
