The check in app is tedious, and almost frustrating enough to not use Uhaul. It requests items multiple times and there is a long lag time, as to how it's time saving I have no clue but definitely needs to be more user friendly or bring the people back into the equation. NOT all of us need constant disconnect. Definitely considering other options next time I did not like your app.

LEWIS HThe truck was twice as big but it worked out. Just took more gas but, it was clean and ready.. Good guys! U-Haul can streamline charges and make them consistent across the board. You can see that Lebanon the week prior ripped me off and charged me twice as much as todays rental and I was doing exactly the same thing!
Tammy CMy uhaul had a check engine light from the moment I picked it up which was concerning as it probably affect fuel efficiency and gave me anxiety as I wasn’t sure it was going to break down. I also didn’t like how I had to drive out an hour to recurve my vehicle. I welcomed the discounts the person offered me but I don’t think it was sufficient for the circumstances
