My whole rental experience was terrible. My pick up location kept changing even to the point of being 10 minutes away from one I was called and told there was no truck there. Thankfully my Lyft driver took us to the this location but no one was there. He did show up and was helpful with the rental. However, completely the rental using the provided link would not go through and I had to call again for help. I was given more days for rental which I did not need.
Karen RHave the equipment that was reserved. I had to use a smaller truck which caused us to have to make 2 trips instead of one. I would thought I would have received some sort of discount or for that mistake that was their fault.
