vincent fThe check in process was frustrating and slow, the check in clerk was friendly but couldn’t figure out in the computer where the key was so she came outside to just look in the boxes to find where the key was. The truck pictures didn’t show minor scuffs on the truck, and there was nowhere in the check out truck review or drop off process to explain that the seat of the truck was broken and could not be adjusted. The steering wheel began to shake over 30mph. It should also be noted that the truck does not come with a loading ramp, that was a disappointing surprise.
