I reserved a truck online using the Truck Share 24 program for 6AM. I received emails instructing me to sign up on the app, upload my license and all other steps required. I received 2 separate emails confirming my reservation and that when I arrived, I can use the app to start my process to receive the keys from the lock box. When I arrived on my scheduled day and tried to retrieve my rental, the app said I have to wait 2 hours until the store opened. That delay caused me to be stuck in rush hour traffic both ways, it cost me an additional 2 hours pay for people who were hired to help load the truck as well as inconvenience people who were waiting for me. Had I known, I could not pick up the truck at the time I needed (6am) I would not have used Uhaul. I will never use Uhaul again! This is not Steele's Hardware's fault....this is all on Uhaul as their online system failed me.LEONARD B.

There were no clear signage outside as to what building the U-Haul service was in. I reserved two hand carts which were removed from my order without notifying me. The attendant was rude about it, and made no effort to tell me where else handcarts could be attained. The inside of the van (passenger cabin and cargo) was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned for years, and mud caked up on the floor. The outside of the van similarly was covered in dirt. The inside of the van also smelled like cigarette smoke. The "oil change" indicator was on. I have used U-Haul services in multiple locations in Philly and Montgomery County, and this is the worst condition and service that I have ever received from U-Haul. Only issue I had was I rented 2 trucks on two weekends in a row and the only issue was 2hen I returned them thru the app it tried to recharge me for the full amount instead of 5he difference. For example the 2nd truck I paid the $69 for truck and 30 miles and when I returned they tried to charge me $105 instead of just the difference for the 22 miles $35 until I disputed it. Worst experience ever. Uhaul texted me when I made the reservation that it was at a location off of Milford rd. Within the Week that I booked it, uhaul changed the location and did NOT notify me. Did not call text or email me. I drove 40 mins to the location off of Milford rd just to drive 30 mins to the location in tannersville. I am not satisfied with this experience. This is supposed to make moving easier and at this point I should have borrowed a friends truck. Considering it added 1 hour and half on tinder my time. And also made it so THREE of my movers had to leave. And I ended up having to do all the moving with just myself and one other person. Definitely not what I had in mind. Once I finally arrived to location in tannersville those employees were great. Sad that uhaul sucked so much.Thomas H.

I called the day before to be sure everything was ok. It was not. They had no record of my reservation. He was able to locate it and I was able to get the van the next day but he did say it was only because they only had 1 left. When I picked it up several customers there were trying to pick up and there was no record of their reservation. So if I had not called this would have happened to me. When I dropped it off the next day I did not receive anything like a receipt. I checked my credit card and their is a charge that is for the full amount of the estimated mileage. We went about 5 miles less than the estimated but that was not what we were billed for. I will be calling to dispute this. So overall my experience with UHaul is just OK. I would never trust an online reservation ever again after I saw mutiple people turned awayMARION W.

Our equipment was absolutely filthy inside, Covid mask on the floor, beverages spilled in console, food and wrappers all over the floor. Clearly it had not been cleaned out after last use. Not a good thing in this age of Covid. Walter, the gentleman who attended to us before and after, was apologetic and very accommodating- he did the right thing. You don't get customer service like Walter anymore and it's a shame. Please tell Walter.George V.
Truck was not cleared of snow by location, nor was snow shoveled around truck for ease of inspection/entering of truck. Inside the truck was clean. As a customer you expect the rental to be ready to go when rented, and not to have to do the manual labor of prepping it to be drivable.Gary S.
