The return agent was horribly rude to the point that we won’t use this location ever again. We ended up putting the keys in the after hours box to avoid dealing with him even though he was on site because he was so rude.
JENNIFER TEnsure the vehicles are in a clean and maintained condition for pick-up. Pet hair and dirty windows isn't inviting when you're going to be in the vehicle for a long time. Also having knowledgeable people at this location would help with the overall rental process. Not a good experience at all!!
