Only reason it aint 5 stars is the lady was rude when i returned the truck all for askin if overfilling the tank was refundable since every uhaul I been to has told me that.

Lorraine SYou guys had originally send me to this old thing in Tehachapi but when I arrived it was closed and was closed all day but I went to Wildrose and told them what had happened and they were very helpful and had me transfer my pickup location from this old thing to Wildrose so please make sure that a location for pick up is open thanks again
Patrick Ereserved a U-Haul through the app and was initially told the trucks had already been rented out to walk-in customers. About an hour later, I drove to the location and saw that trucks had been returned by previous renters. I asked if I could rent one, and the employee informed me there was a truck available but that only one person handles rentals and she was busy. My son and I were left waiting for about an hour while she restocked ice and shelves, despite knowing we were there to rent a truck. Eventually, she told me to go back on the app and complete the rental process myself. When I finally received the truck, the inside was extremely dirty, with piles of dirt and trash left behind. Despite this, I proceeded with my rental since I needed the truck. Upon returning it—two hours earlier than scheduled—the same employee did not check the vehicle back in or even acknowledge me. Later, I received a call from U-Haul asking about the truck, as it had not been marked as returned. A different employee briefly asked if I had filled it up and cleaned it. I explained that I returned it in the same condition I received it, aside from transporting a brand-new bed. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful. What should have taken 15 minutes turned into a lengthy and exhausting ordeal. Given the cost and inconvenience, I expected far better service. I will not return to this location and will not recommend it to others. If I could give this experience less than zero stars, I would.
