I did step inside to do the drop off, but never saw the clerk/manager. A voice from the other room asked if I was dropping off and then told me to just put the key on the counter. It was fine and I got the confirmation email and text within an hour.

Guy was helpful unloading the vehicle from the trailer and made sure the drop off was on time before he left the office for the day. The location was beautiful right next to Old Town. Heads up one of the entrances to the spot is blocked by a U-Haul so make sure to use the one that is open!
Tiffany HI had the worst interaction at this place compared to any other time when I was picking up an uhaul truck. Customer service and tracking general status of equipment need to be improved. I was told to move my car because I didn't park where the customers should park, so I had to move my car around before receiving any service. There would not be any confusion if there were visible signs as to where customers should park. I was also late about an hour due to unforeseen circumstances of moving, and was told I was late and to call them next time but in reality, there were plenty of 10' trucks in the lot. There was nobody to do a walkthrough with me and checking how much gas was in the tank and if there are any existing damages. The existing gas in the tank did not match with what was in the contract and I was wrongfully charged $13. I had to call customer service to get it refunded. This could have been all avoided.
KENNETH OThe workers at the counter, although not rude, are not the most helpful. It felt like they really didn’t like their job. Did nothing wrong, or bad… but just really didn’t represent the job with pride.
