There should be a tongue jack on the enclosed trailers as it made it very hard to disconnect snd reconnect when needed. The equipment was old and well used so should have looked better but worked fine except for no tongue jackKATHRYN U.

I was most unhappy though about reserving a storage unit, filling up my haul only to then arrive and have the unit unavailable after confirming that it was available online. This is discussing and I wasted all that time on renting the equipment, filling up the trailer, taking it back only to have to return it home, unload it and then return the trailer before my "return" hour!! Absolutely rediculous - I should at least have got a refund on my rental equipment!!Bradley P.

Pricing is a bit much. I used a truck for 2 hours and drove 40 miles and it was over $70. Seems a little over priced. You need a by the hour option with unlimited mileage.Andrew W.
There was a used q-tip in the drivers door little niche by the window.... the uhaul wasn't ready when I got there at 10:30 I scheduled it for a 10am pick up. If I wouldn't have asked if the furniture dolly was in the back I would have left without it and been out of luck. The poor employee at the front was trying to do too much on his own. Uhaul locations never seem to have enough people working at a time. So the pick up wasn't as convenient as it should have been for the mobile pick up process I had selected to do.. the mobile drop off after hours was very easy.Danielle M.

The process was fast, I just hate that I have to pay $8 for insurance for something that I used for a couple hours. The scare tactic of the uhaul sales person saying that " if there is any damage you are required to pay the full amount of the trailer upon return" made me feel like she would find damage no matter what if I didn't pay the $8 fee. The trailer had damage, it's an old trailer... but there was no walk around, no damage report etc.If I hadn't paid the fee then there is 100% chance they could have found damage and charged me. Not a fan of the process or the site and will be looking at other providers from this point on.TREVOR A.

You need more staff. When I was there on Friday morning , April 23, 2021 to pick up my truck there was only one staff member on duty. There were several customers in line, he was swamped. The customer at the counter clearly had not reserved a truck and several questions which caused the line to grow. It was very frustrating because I needed to meet my movers and this was causing me to run late.LOIS T.

The staff when I pick up the trailer was rude. He was irritated he was printing out the paper work, and complaining about his NOT getting paid fairly. He was giving me sarcastic comments and told me that he want to close early so ge can clean the haul trucks. When we about tho hitch the trailer. I have the wrong size hitch ball. I told him I will be back in 30 min, and he sarcastically told me that if I don't see you, I will cancel the transaction, at this point I was irritated the way he talk to me and told him. I will be back and I better have that trailer. When I came back I told him I'm ready, and again he spoke very rudely that I have to wait because he was with a customer. However one of his team member saw ma and help me right away, the rude guy walk away and I have to go down to get my paper work. That he was holding the whole time. First off, I was forced to go to this location as the desired location told me I was at the wrong location. I originally made the reservation for the trailer on the phone requesting the Murrieta location. When I arrived at the Murrieta store I was told "you came to the wrong store". He then proceeded to tell me I did it wrong. He then said they don't have what I wanted available even though there were 2 in the lot. I then had to travel to the next city over in rush hour traffic to pick up at the store the customer service rep incorrectly reserved the trailer at. This is not my first unpleasant experience with Uhaul and could be my lastASHLEY C.

Terrible to communicate with. Long hold times, hung up on many times. Took 2 days to reach a person to extend the rental. They called and left a voice mail to confirm the rental and provided a number to call them back that they don't answer. Frustrating.Daniel A.
