Jeremy Davenport helped my husband and I with our U-Haul rental and subsequent storage rental. He was helpful and kind at both encounters. He even walked me to our storage unit and assisted me with checking-in as I was learning the key card system. Customer service was gold standard. I will definitely rent from this location again. Lance C. | First ImpressionsHad my unit for 3 years, wasn't happy that they went up all those 3 years, didn't like how they called my references that was annoying, never not paid, emailing was enough notice but to constant call references, and sending multiple emails was the extreme. One thing I can say the facility was clean, no rodents, nor smells and secure easy access, advice stop with all the calling references, and all the emails, a letter, and email is sufficient enough!
