I marked that the truck was clean because I was in a hurry but it was actually rather dirty. Cup holders full of cigarette ashes. Dash was rather grimy.

They were like surprised when they saw me and took a while on their personal cell phones to find my reservation. I had a reservation number but they didn't want it. I requested a furniture dolly and was charged for it but when I went to get the truck they had none in stock. I did get reimbursed my $7 but i was really depending on a furniture dolly. Also, when I got to my apartment to load tru k their was a appliance dolly in back truck. They have no clue or keep up with their inventory. I usually rent from your Sun Lakes U (so much better) I live close to this branch.
