You called me the day before I was to pick up the truck that I reserved and let me know that it was not available. The only way to get that sized truck was to drive an hour north which was not possible. I’m not sure that U-haul understands what a reservation is. As a result, I had to pick up a much smaller truck and a trailer at two different locations, which was very inconvenient.

STACEY BFast and friendly service. Clean location.
cassandra gNo one is ever in the office, it took 2hrs with customer service to get vehicle. App doesn't work that's why none of the info was iploaded..No one seems to care. Not open on Friday Saturday or Sunday. When do you think people are moving, I would think on the weekend and my shop would be open at that time. I work very hard and my schedule can be sporadic. All of my attempts to contact you were not answered or ignored and you have the nerve to charge me $250 . I will never use any of your services nor will anyone I know. You
