My truck had soda rings dried into the cup holder and smudges all over the windows, as well as dust everywhere. Not to mention that the brother and sister that run this location are wildly unprofessional, and I heard the brother yelling at Julie, the sister, over the phone when she called me about returning some furniture pads. I don’t care what struggles you have with your employee or family, a customer should never hear that level of unprofessionalism when they’re spending this much money. The fact that both my friend and I could hear their altercation over the phone was unacceptable. I’ve rented from this location multiple times and absolutely will never ever ever be back. So disappointed

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthe person that worked here was friendly and helpful.. but Uhaul's system was down and she would note that i returned the truck and send me the receipt. i just received the receipt and she up charged for fuel.. i returned the truck with more fuel than was in it wehn i picked it up.. the sensor said 77 miles left of fuel and when i returned it was at 110.. it is ridiculous that they send out a truck on a long haul empty in the first place. but to then upcharge.. i will need to rent again for the same trip next month.. this experience will have me looking elsewhere.

Jason RWhen reserving a truck for 24 hours Sunday10 am to Monday 10am the uhaul company doesn't call you at approximately 9:10 am and ask where the keys are (my son dropped it off Sunday night and was asked by a man what are you doing but then man wouldn't take the truck keys) so my son had to make a send trip) to drop off the keys by 10am. The uhaul employee said on the phone call that they had reserved the truck for someone else at 9:30 am. I had it until 10am. Miscommunication on uhaul. Inconvenience for me.
