Was not my original Drop off location, but he was closed also but was willing to meet me there and accept the unscheduled drop off so I would not have to wait till the next day for the other place to be open.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe pickup went smoothly . Online let us do a 8am pickup time but the location did not open until 9 . The operator of the pickup location “B” was his name met us at 8am and was very friendly and helpful. The dispatcher on the phone was also very helpful and polite. Excellent experience.
Timothy FThe men here were very helpful and I had no problems with the transaction. I’m very disappointed with U-Haul because I was quoted $8.00 for insurance during my reservation. When my card was charged it was $14.00. Kind of sneaky thing to me.
Jimmy GThe transaction felt sketchy. From start to finish. There was a man waiting when I dropped off at 10pm. My total wasn't what was discussed. Just not a good experience.
Elizabeth MNo help in hooking up to transport.
