The reservation was canceled after it had been moved twice. Said it was canceled because I was late for pick up. I didn’t get notified by text until after the time!!! He re reserved it for me but when I picked up they charged me $100 more than first listed. I called U-Haul and they were looking into it. 3 days later I am still waiting. My initial reservation was moved to 2 different locations.
Crystal GI didn't receive my appliance Dolly nor the pads then I was sent to another location and same story no dolly no pads
Cristian LEverything was smooth and the gentleman who helped me was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and offered some solutions to other things that I was having trouble with. Would definitely rent from here again. Excellent experience.
Alieah EI got a 5’X9’ trailer with a gate. The location is an address associated with a mechanic-body shop the trailer was parked on a public street. Never meet the man I rented from as it was all done over the phone. He said to push the trailer back from underneath the trailer in front of it, I could not get it to come from underneath the front trailer Then he said he’ll get somebody to come help me an should be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Took about 45 minutes for him to get there. Hopefully when I need a trailer again I’ll get more professional service
