I had to hook up my own trailer. The employee was smoking weed in the back when I showed up to drop off the trailer. And then he said someone had parked a truck wrong and I needed to hook back up and move the trailer. This place does not represent your brand.

I rented a dolly equipment as well, and it was not inside the truck in which caused problems for me to take my appliances off of the truck. On the other hand the truck was ok.

Cavan MThe drop off location was very sketchy and several holes in the ground that made it difficult to park the truck. No person at the drop off
KAITLIN DThe reservation was canceled after it had been moved twice. Said it was canceled because I was late for pick up. I didn’t get notified by text until after the time!!! He re reserved it for me but when I picked up they charged me $100 more than first listed. I called U-Haul and they were looking into it. 3 days later I am still waiting. My initial reservation was moved to 2 different locations.
