While the return process was uneventful and simple, the upfront process was unpleasant, much like my initial exposure to this woman and her business. I prefer to go anywhere else, even if the location is further away. I was given no information re the slide up door latch which resulted in the door being locked open in the middle of my trip. Gratefully, a very knowledgeable technician came out quickly, solved the issue and fully explained the details of the door latch. Excellent customer service from the technician. Improvement suggestion for next customer - go to any other facility.
