I wanted a 10' truck. U-haul said they would notify me if one became available. When I had already rented a 15' truck, I noticed that there was a 10' truck. The woman at Sedillo self-storage first said that I had already rented the 15' truck. I told her that I was supposed to I be notified if there was a 10' tr I could available to which she replied "U-haul doesn't tell us anything." That seems like one that shouldn't be my problem, however it was because I had to rent a bigger truck, more insurance?, more gas. Not looking good for U-haul.
