The locations were both great.....it is uhaul customer service that needs help. They are misinformed and they are rude. There seems to be a not so good communication line between corporate and dealers....This needs fixing.

Matthew CThere was no help at all to attach rental dolly and no instructions as to the equipment not being able to back up, as a normal trailer. This caused a safety issue.
laure fAfter hours checkout was extremely difficult. Even though I was standing next to the truck, the auto system told me I was 600 feet away from the correct location using the GPS on my phone. I had to drive around the area to find some random spot 600' from the truck to pick it up, then race back to get pictures, etc. This location and staff are great, self check out needs work.
Suzanne RI rented a trailer as well from a different location. I got pulled over by a Colorado state trooper for not brake or turn signals on the trailer. Got a warning but had a 30 minute delay. I will be contacting corporate U-Haul to voice my complaint. Not sure if the truck or trailer was the issue.
