All Purpose Storage on Snook Rd Tomball TX was excellent. When I reserved my rental on line the pickup location was originally at another location: 9521 FM 2920 Tomball TX. Unaware U-Haul changed the location I went to this location first only to be told I had to go to another location. I was frustrated that I was not aware of this location change at that time. Only after I had returned the rental did I discover from your communications that the location had changed. These messages you sent covered several topics: Covid 19, register on line, confirmation of rental and buried in the messages was location change. I would recommend in future when you send out location change only included that subject in the messages as when I see many messages about the rental they all look the same or like duplicates. Also the messages sent said to register on line which I had already done. I am frustrated that the rental was not at the location I expected it to be at. Hope these comments help improve your services.

The vehicle, including the steering wheel and controls were very dirty. This is normal for Uhaul trucks in my experience, however in view of the covid-19 pandemic its not acceptable. Otherwise the service was fine.

The truck did not drive well at all, felt like the steering wheel was working against me. Inside the driver cab was dirty and sticky. Not worth the money I spent.

Loved the U-haul I believe I got one of the smallest trucks they provide but everything fit so well. I was amazed of how much room left I had coming from a 1 bedroom apartment with a bunch of baby toys. Definitely recommend!!

When I returned the rented truck, i made it sure to fill up 3 Gals of gasoline which I think is more than enough for the 18 miles in least 2 hours of use. The attendant who is too lazy to stand up to check the usage with mr, told me that she'll just send me the bill. I trusted her to be fair and honest, but I was wrong when he charged my credit card ob file for extra 2 gallons. It was really unfair.

Location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the U-Haul truck itself had transmission issues and struggled on our 4 hour drive...we weren't sure we would even make it.
