Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had to empty trash out of the truck and I feel we should be given some credit for that.
Susan MDon’t change a thing!
Maria PSome signs to indicate where to leave the trailer would be helpful. It was on a dead end street so it was not a great place to maneuver a trailer.
John BThe man running the place called me at 8am, waking me up, telling me my truck is ready. Which could be nice if I didn't have the time set for 1130am for a reason. Then I tried telling him I'll be there closer to 12 and he told me he wouldnt be there but to call him if I had any issues. I called him 3 times with no answer then had to go through 2 customer service calls (They both were lovely and actually helpful). Also this place is in the worst, hardest, and sketchiest places to get to. I dont think I will never Uhual again.
