NO STAFF ONSITE! I agreed to assist this location by going out of my way to deliver the rental truck to a different location than my original pick up location as requested. This location is not open on Sunday as stated by rep, therefore I needed to process the return via self check in - WITHOUT A PHONE! I was told this location was open until 5pm on Sunday and rushed to be there before 5pm to process the return (4:14 pm). I had to wait for my ride to arrive to use their phone. Very disappointing!

Ramon GI rented a 10' moving truck for a one way move to Utah. The truck was fueled and ready for the trip when I picked it up. It was in new condition. The next afternoon the family made changes to the move and we did not need that size truck so I returned it to cancel the use of the truck. The man in charge of the return was so very nice. He was very understanding and gave me a full refund for the days not used. Always use the U-Haul on Golf LInks and Wilmot.
STEPHEN PParking available somewhere besides a hill that is next to the road. Not very safe.
David CLock would not open and we had to go to another uhaul and get the truck and did not realize there was no ramp so that was useless but still charged for it. A waste of 3 hours
