david oThis is not the fault of the pick up location, but the App is not reliable. On two different phones, while standing in the driveway, the app said the GPS reported we were not at that location. However, I had USED the phone GPS to plot the drive, and it put me exactly where I was. So - there is some problem with the app. Fortunately, the attendant was around, even though it was an hour before they were opening, and got us our vehicle. But you should consider whether your app is reliable enough for a mobile pickup.
Brian TI would never recommend U-Haul. Service was terrible. Had to drive an hour each way to pick up truck when I had reserved a truck 5 min. away. Other equipment was not available when picked up truck that I had reserved. Person at the pickup location could not modify my contract to the reflect what I actually was given. Took numerous calls and going to another location to get contract fixed. U-Haul said they would have a customer service rep reach out to me but that never happened. Moving is tough enough without all this extra work....
