The wifi in that area is bad. Could not use the app to pick up. Ordered a 20 ft truck, they had to give us a 26 ft truck , but was told we would get it for the cost of the 20 ft truck, but it was never adjusted in the reservation. Because I didn't have the exact amount quoted in the reservation, the clerk could only give a $71 discount. We had to hunt down a person, for the pickup and have them check us out. The truck had damage to the side trim and is was just hanging there. There was some garbage left in the back of the truck. Blankets and a dolly, which were not requested, were left just thrown in the back of the truck. Dolly was not secured.
Barbara JDropped truck off here since it was closest to my jobsite. They were not open on Sundays and I was unable to complete my first reservation through them. I had to drive from Turner to Auburn and complete a new reservation in order to complete my move.

Michael LThe trailer brakes were totally inoperative, personnel on site didn't have a clue as to maintenance issues or possibility of issues. Brake flid was totally missing from the unit
