The inside of the trailer was not clean on the inside when I picked it up. Lots of dirt/debris and floor is stained . I cleaned the debris but not the stains .I took before pictures just in case it comes back to me and charged for it. I can be contacted at 985-791-3051 if you need the pictures

stephan kSJ Keller was not the problem, U-Haul was the problem. I made a reservation on Monday for a Friday pick up at a convenient location. When I arrived, they did not have the equipment I reserved and the closest place that did was 46 miles away. I was vacating an apartment so I was forced to drive almost an hour each way to get to this location and pick up a trailer. Wasting two hours and half a tank of gas because UHaul did not honor my reservation is unacceptable! Sure, they refunded $50 for the guarantee, but they should have reduced the price by half. They have no incentive to meet reservations. Shame on Uhaul!!
