Matthew C.I made reservations for a 15' truck from L's Auto Sales,LLC 246 N. Hollywood Rd. Houma, LA 70364 985-580-5300 I was guaranteed they would have a truck waiting for me. Passed by L's Auto Sale, LLC the day before pickup and the truck was there. Day of pickup, the truck was gone and L's Auto Sale was closed. What a disaster! Spent a hour in their parking lot trying to locate another 15' truck but none were available. Drove 15 miles out of my way for a closed trailer rental at SJ Keller LLC 22131 Hwy 20 Vacherie, LA 70090 I didn't want a trailer but SJ saved my butt. Heard through the grape vine that u-haul has a history of releasing reserved rentals to other people. Next time I'll rent a donkey before I rent anything from u-haul, or I'll just by myself a closed trailer as an early Christmas gift.
