This doesn't have anything to do with the location, but more just kinda the policy. The mileage rate is a little steep and the rental terms are unclear online vs in store. I'd rather pay a little more for a base rate and have mileage included than deal with feeling nickel and dimed per mile. It's a little shocking to get an $80 bill to have done a quick drive around town, when online it feels so cheap as advertised.PAUL V.
Misleading Clerk information, she stated lower price for insurance prior to submitting order. Truck was not clean AND photos representing condition were inaccurate. Allowing laborers to mix with employee inside the premises is confusing. Poor experience overall.HUGO M.

There was only one nice employee we encountered in the 3 visits we made to the location. The staff were otherwise unprofessional and plain rude. I also experienced them being rude to pretty much every other customer they helped. 3 people walked out of the store angry before we even made it to the clerk at the computer. 10/10 would not recommend this location to anyone and I will never be renting from uhaul again given how unprofessional this experience was. The truck was dirty and not well maintained. Uhaul needs to do better.ELI M.
Improve by making it easier to drive through and pickup the trailer with ease...this would require larger lots and logistics planning. It was more hodpoge at the moment. Maybe seperate truck rental from trailers as hookup takes time. Loved the 24hour drop off. If I knew about or if there is 24hr pickup that would be awesome. Trailer was missing wiring extension but solved easily. Would have liked a pull through drop off but I am just dreaming. LolDavid K.
uhaul location was not able to fulfill my reservation for a 20â€ truck even with a reservation. I had to extend my movers and make 3 round trips instead of 1.KRISTINAANTONETT A.
for those using 24/7 rental, make sure the equipment is ready and not blocked off by another vehicle. I didn't mind having to go inside, but other customers may be inconvenienced because they purposely opted for a contact-free experienceMckenzie T.
I went in person to the Lankershim & Victory location and gave my wishes. When I got the confirmation the reservation was all messed up. I ended up calling the Service Center and after being on hold for over 25 minutes I was able to get a new reservation but not at the location I wanted. Needless to say the Van Nuys facility seems to have it going on. The gal who helped me was on the spot and the yard man was helpful and even though very busy when I returned the auto transport he was still smiling and efficient. KUDOS to this location, even though its a bit out of the way for me, I won't be hoing to Lankershim cuz they can't get it right....even when you give them the information in person.FRANK B.

When I tryied reserving the trailer on line, the program would take me to a location near me, and then informed me "not available at this location" so I kept trying different locations and it would say the same thing. Why would the program allow the option of a location if it not available at that location? I called to reserve. It took too many steps to get to a live person. The live person was fine, however, I was uncomfortable giving credit card information over the phone. The worst part was arriving at the store. I arrived and there was a long line of people. There was one employee at the register, which seemed not enough especially during the Sunday morning rush hour. The employee didn't seem to be an in rush even though there was a line. When I finally did arrive, the check out process seemed slow. The same questions that I answered over the phone were being asked again. Also, it seemed odd for her to take a photo of my drivers license. The guy who hooked up the trailer was fast which was good. Also, the guy who removed the trailer was good and fast.SAMUEL A.

Bed of Truck was dirty when picked up. Did not apologize or offer any discount for dirty truck. The guy who checked in the truck was inattentive smoking from a vap pipe and talking to his co-workers while I stand there waiting for him to check the truck in.DARRYL S.
