The website errored out partway through the reservation, which made it very difficult. Also the incredible amount of pictures needed to check in was kind of ridiculous.

Veh was out of gas and died before leaving parking lot. This was due to a break in and gas tank damage. While it was not their fault for the damage, it was a hassle. Then they charged the 14 damage waiver.
Kathy U.I had a 7 am pick up using apps, had trouble using apps, called 369-356-1577 for assistance,the customer service didn't have enough experience in how to help customer. It took 1 hour to get into the truck key, IN THE RAIN! U-Haul needs to train a better customer service and apps.
