The truck smelled horrible like urine and feces. There was also a desk in the truck when I picked it up so while I only had a short drive to pick up 2 things I had to make multiple trips because it didn't fit due to the space that was being taken up by the desk already being stored in the truck by the rental folks. Then charged me an extra 30 for miles which feels like scam bc had they not left the desk in there I wouldn't have had to make 2 trips. Nobody called me back when I tried to contact them to discuss the issue. Poor business, never going back.
