We reserved a truck 5 days in advance and it was not available upon our arrival. The attendant offered a larger truck at the same price but couldn't make the system reduce the price. This required assistance by the manager and UHaul district manager (Chris), and it took nearly an hour to check out. The only positive aspects of this experience were how nice the attendant was and how hard she tried to help us. Weather stripping was sticking out of the passenger's door panel, the inside of the truck needed to be swept and wiped down, and one of the tie downs was broken. Overall not a very good experience. We will not choose this location again.

I had to lean over the counter and complete the contract for the attendant, who had extreme difficulty completing the transaction. Spent an hour on the phone with 6 different representatives, one of which hung up on me. Regional manager could not be reached by anyone. If I hadn't wracked my neck to operate the laptop at the counter myself, I wouldn't have been able to use the trailer at all. Even after I got the trailer, it was full of filthy cardboard from a previous user. Overall terrible experience.

the furniture pads were not available. Even though I checked in online ahead of time the process to to pick up the truck and keys still took about 30 minutes. When we returned the truck the computer system was down

Furniture pads I reserved were not available. Store personnel were not familiar with the computer program to check in/out. I had to sweep out the truck before I could use it.

The location was great. The Attendant was great. Uhaul making sure the vehicle was delivered at the location requested and having the proper equipment on a clean vehicle was extremely poor. Uhaul customers service agents were great except for the last one I spoke to on 12/01/2017 at 8:08am . She was persistant with an attitude on telling me that I didn't reserve a dolly when it was clearly evident that I did.

U-Haul tried to nickel and dime me for everything; I may have been 5-10 minutes late dropping it off and was almost charged for another entire day. The on-site manager had to over ride this, bt I had to answer 20 questions before it was fixed. Fuel marking was wrong at pick up location, and fixed upon inspection before I drove off however this was not documented internally and I had to explain this several times to the location I was dropping off at and show the inspection review paper where it was corrected so this info could be fixed in the system so I would not be over charged. Long story short: If I did not speak up for myself I would have been grossly overcharged for minute mistakes on U-Haul's part. Overall, the all of the staff was very helpful and the truck was great.

He charged me $14 for insurance without letting me know, I made online reservation and I didn't accept the insurance I paid $57 I should pay $42 I only used the truck for 7 miles and I paid $57 he should refund $32 to me but i got nothing that's not the 1st time for hime to charge me extra

the way rentals happen at that location does not work well. By the time the manager got there and we actually got our rental, it was 1 hour later than requested. The familiarity with the system used to rent out is underwhelming. They claim to not be able to not charge for the insurance, so that added $14 to my rental cost and he did not know how to remove that. All in all, I would not rent there again. However, the gentleman and the woman at the desk, who was overly raised with rentals and people wanting state inspections and the normal flow of customers through the gas station, were nice people. My only issue was the processs was very inefficient and took way too long, throwing off our schedule tremendously. Also, there were trucks available there that were not shown online. Had they been, I would have rented the smaller one. But that would have required the people at that location to be able to work the website well enough to change my order.

A tech glitch at the beginning took 40 minutes to resolve, so my move got off to a late start, but the friendly and professional staff worked hard to fix it and the truck was in pristine condition.

I booked my Uhaul online and selected my preferred pick up spot. When I arrived there I was informed my pick up had been moved to another location. They said they sent me an email however I did not see it because it went to my junk mail. This was after waiting in a long line as there was only one person helping people and did not get a second person for assistance until 20 minutes of standing there. The employee was rude and acted as if it was my fault the uhaul was not there. Now this would not be a huge deal but I had hired moving help through the uhaul website and this delay was going to make us late to meeting them at our schedualed meeting time. When I arrived at the second location (a random Citgo gas station) the system they were using to finish our contract was not working for them I waited another 45 minutes for them to figure it out and get our truck. By the time we meet with our movers we were an hour and a half late. Luckily the movers had much better customer service and gave us an additional mover for free and worked extra fast to be able to help us move that same day due to not being able to reschedual because of work the next day and my husband only being in town that day because he is currently living in a different state. When I called customer service the employee was very nice but I was told it would take 3-5 days to have a manager call to discuss this. This was the most stressful and frustrating experience I have EVER had moving. I do not intend on ever using UHAUL again.

My rental truck was supposed to be at a different location and I had to travel to 2 different locations before I was able to rent the truck I requested. It was a frustrating experience however the worker at this location was professional and helpful in our interactions.

Trailer wasn't available at location that was confirmed I called an hour before to confirm and was only notified then, also while picking up it took over an hour just to get it because there is no training on how to do the uhaul and the first,uhaul they tried to issue me the hitch was bent and welds were cracked so I used the other one, and when I brought it back there was noone to assist me in getting the uhaul,off of my truck thank goodness for a kind police officer on his break, saw my struggle and helped me, all in all between customer service and the hassle I was extremely dissapointed

The customer service experience at this location we the worst customer service experience I can remember in a very long time starters it's is a convince store, gas station, and uhaul franchise. They had to process my rental in between taking care of customers as they entered the store . Their credit card machine wan not working all the customers swiping had to swip several time before the card would process all this while I'm still getting getting processed. Finally they attended to process my card and was told after several times that I needed another card I had to call uhaul and pay then return Bach to the coincident store, gas station , uhaul to start the process all over again because they closed out the order while I was in the phone with uhau.. horrible stay away from Lake Wright Citco uhaul on North Hampton Blvd VB I will be contacting corp
