Beware, it is stated on the uhaul website that this site opens at 8am. You make the appt for that time, etc. I got there and they are not available until 8:30am. I lost 1/2 hour in the morning for my guys and it cost me. I have in a request for rental adjustment. The box truck was acceptable. 100,000 miles on the truck.

The person renting the equipment did not show up until nearly an hour after my rental time. Stated that my rental truck was reserved by two people, which was inaccurate. Had to contact Uhaul to sort out the confusion. Thank God for Santina Nolan at Uhaul. She quickly resolved the issue and completed my reservation.
The truck I rented on line was not available, so I had to opt for a smaller truck, so I went over the day by 2 hours because I had to make 2 trips vice 1 so was charged n additional day; Mr. Javaid was neither cordial nor helpful. The clerk was nice. The overall experience at this location was extremely unsatisfactory compared to other locations that I have dealt with.
Vanessa was extremely kind and helpful during my checkout process when picking up the truck. I would definitely come back to this destination in the future for my moving needs!
we did this order all online. we didn't ask for the safe guard 56.00 charge and when we had to go inside the lady redid the entire order and put that on our charge. we had to pay 100 more than we expected to pay. took way long to even get the truck. the back wasn't clean. we had to sweep it before loading in our furniture.
Making sure equipment ordered is available.I ordered a dolly and the only dolly that was available was a dolly to move boxes.
Staff was rude, and not helpful they wanted me to take care of all the equipment backing it into spaces with out spotters ect. Will probably be using Penske or a different moving truck company due to the lack of respect that UHaul has.

I was charged a after hours fee even though Ihanded the keys to someone. When I questioned the charge I was then told it was a wrong drop off location fee even though the contract I signed stated I could drop off at any location. I even dropped it off at the recommended location that was a 1 min WALK from my hotel. Other than that, it was good.
I WAS CHARGED $14.99 FOR INSURANCE THAT I DID NOT WANT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT ADDED BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR IT.
NOTHING was explained to me during the pick-up...clerk did not do a a walk around of the vehicle with me, I was handed the keys and paperwork and pointed toward a line of trucks in the parking lot. When I returned the truck, the establishment's owner wanted to charge me for the use of a hand-truck that was in the back of the truck, which I did not order. Had they done a walk-through inspection prior to the truck going out, they would have known that it was left in the vehicle. Vehicle was not inspected when it was returned, clerk had me go back to the truck and take a picture of the odometer and fuel guage with my phone and bring it back into them. Recomend this location be retrained on proper procedures for issuing out and recieving trucks/equipment.
Friendly and accommodating
So the first issues isn't the fault of the pick-up location, but I reserved a truck almost a month ago, then on the day before I'm supposed to pick up, they moved the pick up spot to 17 m away. NOT OKAY! Got to the gas station for 8 am pick-up and the woman told me that no one from UHaul would be there until 9. Only after I sat and stewed in the car for 10 or 15 minutes and I decided to go back in and ask again did she realize that she really COULD help me because I only needed to pick up the key. She was a nice lady, but clearly not well informed. Truck was really clean and nice though, and was parked out away from the others so I could find it easily.
Be more accurate with the pick up time,I planned on pick up at 8:30 when it didnt open until 9, furthermore the dispatcher made me wait while did other non essential things after I waited 30 minutes for him to open. The website should reflect opening at 9 not 8am and offer a receipt
The drop off location initially told me they could not take a 26ft van, but after waiting awhile they accepted the truck. I had to test one of the attendants a copy of my receipt for them to take the keys. Then they said to park the truck in a different location and leave the keys in the ignition. UHaul shouldn't send customers to locations that are not prepared to issue or drop off trucks.
Great customer service
My pickup time was 9am, was told the person I needed to see was not there yet. Didnt get check out til 9:15. Tire pressure light was on the hold time.
Attendant at Lake Wright Citgo took my name and my keys upon dropoff and when asked if I needed to sign anything for returning the truck she said no that she would mark off my name that I had returned the rented equipment. However I got charged for an extra two days with the vehicle because this attendant obviously did not know what she was doing.

The key lockbox was not in the truck. It's located inside the establishment. That one little detail took my order over an hour to resolve. It's not the Locations (Citgo) fault, they were friendly and helpful. I blame U-Haul. The chat rep didn't know how to help. The 1800 number had me on hold for over 30 minutes. It took me one hour to get the truck!! The dolly wasn't locked and secured, it was rolling around in the back even though we didn't need it, I put it away. The blankets in the back weren't in their plastic bag, just thrown everywhere. I folded them and put them in bag. I swept the entire box clean too. Tire pressure was low on back right tire. I added Air before driving off. When returned, the tire was low again which indicates issue with rear right tire.
I waited for an hour to get the trailer because they couldn't figure out how to dispatch it to me. I had to be dispatched by corporate. They didn't update me at all through the process. I also had to ask for assistance in hitching the trailer to my truck. Corporate said I could keep the trailer until Monday afternoon and never mentioned the extra $40 charge. I don't understand why I was charged for 2 extra days either. Since it was supposed to be dropped off on Sunday anyways.
When you make a reservation you shouldn't have to go through the same thing again when you get there. And if your system is out of date update your computer customers should not have to go in your garage to complete there order. Also update your number on the paper work giving a fake number so no one can contact you. Should not take 45 mins to rent a truck when you done everything online.
Isn't it their job to have what the mileage and Fuel level is before you rent truck cause they had me go to truck and take a picture of it and put it on the paper work manually for checking it out and returning it also I don't think they check these things cause the seals on the dolly and vehicle blankets were broken when I opened up the back of truck
