AALONA WI had added gas and it was higher than the level it was when I picked it up and it still charged me the fee. Only drive if you know how to pull out and back into tight spaces.
Joanna RCustomer service was a bit tricky But overall good experience.
Anthony LThere were engine lights on when we got in regarding tire pressure so it was a little worrisome. Also I had a reservation for 1130 and went to pick it up but had to wait for over an hour just to check in and receive a payment link. Was told no van was there for me and waited on hold on 3 occasions for over q10-20 minutes and then got cut off while speaking to someone. It was frustrating. I had movers waiting for me for over an hour because of it all. If I had received a text or call letting me know it was going to be later, I could have made other arrangements. Once I got the van, everything finally went smoothly.
