I was told to fill the tank to where it was when I picked up. Which I did. I drove a total of 17 miles. I put the gas back to the half full which is where it was when I picked up. But my receipt showed I paid for 18 gallons. I knew these clowns were gonna do that! How do I get my money back?

Courtney Hthe whole process to get the u-haul was just too complicated like it wasn’t even an actual location for u-hauls, and it’s too overpriced but the communication with the customer service to get the vehicle and any information i needed was good.
