the procedures for rental pickup and drop off are a bit confusing, as there is no office, and everything is done online. I didn't realize EVERYTHING needed to be done by phone or online, so my experience was less satisfactory. Now that i know the procedures, i should not have a problem with the next rental.

This ended up being a bit of an ordeal. The tire blew out ~3 miles away from the pickup location. Thankfully the truck was empty as we hadn't gotten to our destination to load it yet. It was hot and it took probably 1.5 hours start to finish for us to be back on the road again. I would be too nervous to rent from this location again, and certainly would be too scared to drive a vehicle on a busy highway. The towing company changed the tire very quick! We were impressed!
James LRead the google reviews, pick up was a disaster. Didn’t have the appliance dolly in the back, had me come back at 1900 to pick one up. They didn’t show up until 1925 and brought a normal utility dolly. I will not be using this location in the future and will not be recommending them to a friend.
