James C.The Grime Figters/UHaul return location in Wainwright was wonderful! Unlike the 50th Street Edmonton location, it was clean and inviting. The woman working there was cheerful, kind, friendly and professional. She made notes in the system about the necessary maintenance needed on our truck, as it was a big safety concern. Trevor P.Rental drop off location was great but U-Haul itself I would not recommend to anyone I know. If this review was for UHaul the rating would be extremely poor. Lack of communication and not letting your customers that the equipment they are renting might not be available at the location they chose is extremely poor customer service.
