Windshield & front of truck was dirty w/bug stains. No one personally was at the location & called me to provide info. All was done by phone & was not able to get a physical copy of my contract & other paperwork. Only provided digitally. Feel someone should have been at the store/location for pick up. I was able to get the code to unlock the key box & called the person for help identifying the truck. When booking the truck I did not ask to complete things digitally.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe U-Haul itself was fine. There is never anyone physically at this location. The entire pick up and drop off was done via FaceTime and text. I had never used a trailer before and needed help and there was no one there to help. I do not recommend.
TYSON VThey were closed when I arrived to drop off, but no issues with anything and got my receipt, everything check out.
Ramon SRude worker. Truck not clean
Steven WOld Closed up store and only communication is by phone. Sounds Like a Call Center for Scammers. Took way too long. Reserved this trailer thru a different location, had to repeat everything I had already done at the other location. Will not use this location again.
