The dealer waa polite and friendly but it took me almost 2 hours to get the truck because the U-haul website wouldn't work, then when it did, my reservation was listed at one location on the dealers end and another location on my reservation. Then I was overcharged by a full day.

There was oil inside bed of truck. Man was on phone when I picked up truck. Had very broken English speaking and seemed to get angry when I had him explain things over.
Brenda AOffice was closed, so had to call someone, who then called me back and I had follow his instructions for about 10 mins. He was very nice and patient. Inside the cab is very dirty and check engine light remained on the entire rental. Thank goodness it didn’t break down.
Jacqueline BThis location isn't actually open. It's an empty building. There is a hand written note on the door to call a personal cell phone number to pickup your Uhaul. They won't have the equipment you request but you won't know that until you go to pick up the truck. They wait an hour or more to close out your reservation after you've dropped off the truck as well. The 26ft truck at this location needs some serious maintenance. Overall, this is a horrible location to deal with. There are so many other options for rental, use those. It will save you the headache of dealing with this "location."
