I was NOT able to pick up my uhaul at my pickup time at 5am. This caused a 2 hour delay in my move which was significant due to reservations for loading dock.JARED A.

Provide parking. It's hard to find parking in this area. The Washington NATIONALS Baseball Stadium is directly across from the U-HAUL. There was a game today it took me about 30 minutes or more to find a parking spot. Didn't want to be towed for parking in restricted spacesANTHONY F.

My phone died couldn't do self checkout. I don't like that because there is a 20 dollar after hours fee but there's no way to self checkout without verifying your phone number meaning you cannot use another person's phone. Slight flaw.Adrienne E.

The staff at this location is incredibly rude. There needs to be more prominent signage explaining how to return equipment. I pulled into the incorrect parking lot and was accosted by a UHaul staff member.Ricky K.
Although the customer representative on reserving the truck was very helpful and friendly. The customer service on pick up date was was totally lacking help, care and any true concern (different rep of course). And while dropping my items to storage the truck would not start, check engine light came on. No rep answered phone on call for roadside assistance help. I was stuck out in the rain for over hour before getting truck to start. Finally got answer on phone who took report but I literally had to request credit for my experience and rep on phone said she would take report but customer service would have to get involved .rep was going to end call when I asked isn't there any way you can transfer my call to customer service and the answer was oh yes I can, which leads me to know that if I didn't ask she was just going to end the call but I felt she should have already offered to transfer my call to a customer service representative that could help me. This was not my first experience with this location but it was a difficult experience and now I must wait for confirmation of being credited my money after sitting in the rain with no help and a malfunctioning truckLITISHA H.
Staff was courteous and helpful. After dropping off the truck I had to call and ask for their help as I lost a package. They went out to the vehicle and called me back within 15 minutes. Great experience here.JOHN M.

The staff does the bare minimum to be personable and friendly. I've been here 3 times in a month and every time the front office staff does the most to rush you through without gibbing you actual instructions. There is one guy in the garage who actually helps you set your location so you can return your vehicle. It's a mess.Brian M.

The key wasn't where it was supposed to be and the associate couldn't find it. The manager was giving an interview so I guess they couldn't help. It took an extra 15-20 min of my rental time to find the key which caused me to be late for the event and I was charged for items I never used like the furniture pads!Toni S.
The workers there charge my card 99 dollars, also put me to returning truck by 2 pm . I also was told that u didn't have to go the process tonight. We can do everything in the morning I'm new. We have truck, and lots of units. I had to go out . Maryland to put my itemHerbert W.
