JAMIL L | First ImpressionsTerrible location. Came in first day somebody was living in a unit and somebody else was smoking outside the building. I called next day to cancel lady told me she cancelled me but I got charged a month fee. Terrible service
TERRY M | Overall ExperienceWhen i went to move into the storage unit my unit was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. I called the office and was told they will get someone there when they can. after 30 minutes i went to the office and was told they meant they would get the repair company out when they could. I was told to try coming back the next day to see if it was fixed. I explained that I had to empty my rental truck and return it so I could not wait so I would need a unit that I could access, I was told I could use the stairs. I told him using the stairs was not feasible with the heavy objects I was storing. I was then assigned a new unit on the 2nd floor which the manual elevator could be used for. I later found out that I was given a larger unit and charged a higher rate for that unit. Not happy about being charged for a larger unit that I did not need due to elevator issues. I would avoid this storage facility and doubting I will use U-haul again for storage needs
