It took longer to check out with the van than expected. I didn’t think we’d have to make a phone call. Returning it was ok, but the instructions said to park the van, then put the key in the lock box. We did that, then there were a lot of other tasks to do that required unlocking the van. You could upsell a little less when people are signing up for equipment. And the user interface could be easier. But it all worked out OK. And this survey is short, just as it should be.

Benjamin GI was incorrectly told by a U-Haul rep on the phone (not from this location) that this location supported after hours drop off. It doesn’t. That created confusion and extra work for me (as I had to return the key the next day) and for the location who ended up with equipment they do not typically support.
Robert WI would have given above average. The checkout process was great. Staff was very friendly very helpful. The check-in was quick and easy also. However, the next day after I returned the truck, I received text messages saying my truck was never returned, and I had to deal with U-Haul customer support who then recommended I call the storage facility and I had to leave a voicemail. In the end, it was resolved, but was somewhat of a hassle since the truck wasn’t checked in the night I dropped it off properly.
