The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because of the cold faced, suboptimal service at the front desk. They need to be more customer oriented and make the customer comfortable rather than mincing words like a robot.

Kymberley MIn the steps to return the vehicle, it said to put the keys back but then you need the keys to collect the mileage and take pictures of the vehicle. It might make more sense to have the return the keys at the end only
