The vehicle itself was in poor condition, was hard to steer and supposedly the tank was full when I picked up the truck but when I put gas in it ahow the tank was full I put 5,8 gal of gas in even though I only drove 8 miles!!!

The equipment was in the truck. And the location wasn’t open until 12:00pm my pick up time was 10:00 am.

Mario WIt is not the location I requested and significantly further to go for the pick up. I requested a different location with no response. This was the wrong direction for me to go. A pickup location west of the requested site would have been better but I didn't have an option for this.
Mark BThe gas gauge and gas mileage counter was messed up after we filled up the first time. We put gas tank in and it never registered. We drove a little bit waiting for it to change and it never did. We stop again to put gas and it did the same thing. It wouldn’t register that gas was put in it. I have receipts showing when I put gas in and pictures of the gauges not moving or changing. Then I get charged for gas when the same amount of gas that was in there when I got it is what’s in there but you can’t tell because the hand never moved
