First reservation took almost two hours to pickup and still wasn't able to get the rental. Customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue and ended up changing the location, which was not ideal but okay, but added safe move that we did NOT want. Our move was postponed a few hours due to all the issues we had. Worst U-Haul experience I've ever had.
