The app sucks. I booked the truck in advance but the day I was supposed to pick it up, it wouldn't load and then said there wasn't equipment assigned and I would have to call the help desk. Instead, I just talked to the person at the site who took care of it. But what's the point of the app if I have to do that anyway? Plus, the six emails afterwards is overkill.

BRENDA RThe rental office shouldn’t be across the highway from the trucks. Makes it inconvenient and not safe to walk across the highway. Customer service agent was rude when calling about the truck return
DAVID SPK especially was very helpful. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help me when I returned the trailer and definitely broke a sweat getting it unhooked! Would highly recommend.
