Bill SThe trucks breaks were bad! Sounded like the pads were completely worn down. Metal on metal grinding sound every time I pressed the breaks. The truck even stalled as I went to back into a driveway. (Twice). Clearly there is no service, or maintenance going on here. They didn’t even do a walk around of the vehicle. Next time I’ll just drive the extra 15 minutes to a true U-Haul rental place like the one on Springboro Pike.
Daniel SDid not help uncouple trailer. Help uncoupling should have be offered/provided.
Carlos OThe lot was across the highway from the service station. Crossing the highway was hazardous as there was no crossing place. You just have to wait for a gap in traffic and get across as quickly as you can. The hook on the end of the chain which secures the trailer to the hitch was a sharp V shape. It didn't loop around the hitch properly. I had make up my own connector with a rounded hook in order for the connection to be secure.
