The truck I received had no gas cape and a broken side mirror and when I let them know about the issue they told me it was ok to take the truck in that condition and the first day I got sick from the gas fumes was smelling and I was sick for 2 days customer should be treated better than this
Angila MI arrived at this address and was promptly told I had to go to another address, not in walking distance. When my truck was delivered 45 minutes later, it was covered in food debris in the cabin and cigarettes all over the box, and the gas tank was near empty.
BRADLEY NI went to the location in my reservation only to be redirected to another location once I got there. I didn't have a car so I had to Uber. Slightly annoying. Then when I got to the location, the staff person supporting me was rude. Spoke roughly, rushed me unreasonably, and treated his staff poorly. Once I registered, I found out that the vehicle was back at the other location but, atleast they took me back there in their own vehicle. Once there; I waited 20 min for my vehicle because the staff person was having an argument with an upset customer.Once I had his attention again, it only took him 2 min to get my car. That was really annoying aside was just waiting like an idiot. Mind you, I was calm and never got upset even when I was rudely spoken to. Terrible location - this should be a HARD PASS.
KIRAN KTried to drop off the key and was told it was not the drop off location. Given a card to another ugaul facility 3 minutes away on Belvedere.
