UHaul customer support agents are inadequate. Did not properly identify that the equipment needed was available in my town/starting point and tried to direct me (made reservation) 50+ miles away to pickup and also could not properly identify correct zip code for drop off I had to go back to the original reservation and speak with a regional manager to get it sorted out properly, Also, it was never eplained why you show one price online and the real price was about $130 more (yes, I get the minimal fees and taxes and that is not what the issue is). This company used to be a well oiled machine and a good deal for consumers. No longer. Not even close.oh, and STOP WITH THE APP SHIT! Some of us discerning humans don't want to be herded into the data digital prison world - we just want to be able to rent a truck/trailer, etc. Sheesh.

Kudos: They had just gotten about a foot of snow with it still snowing. They plowed and shoveled at a crazy pace to get us in and out in safety and comfort.
