Everything was fine with the truck and the location. However, my reservation was screwed up three different times. I was doing an 8:00 am pickup using my mobile phone. I called the day before to ask a question and found out that wasn't what they had me scheduled for and now they didn't have a truck for me. Finally they transferred me to this wonderful person who got it all straightened out and I had a truck. It doesn't matter how good the truck or location is if you get there and your reservation is wrong. I will not rent from them again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAll was good. Process was easy for the most part. After hours checkout was a little tedious but better than having to bring the truck back during business hours. Like the things I was able to do online instead of spending a lot of time at the store. Location was perfect for me—a mile from one the move spots so didn’t waste time and gas/mileage just getting the truck.
Donald TThis location could definitely benefit from customer service training.
