The employees at Westfield auto center were very helpful. I brought the wrong hitch with me and the manager drove me to Nappa auto so I could purchase the correct hitch. They were very helpful in helping me with the trailer hook up.

Melesia MThe problem is not the actual location, but that we are not fully compensated for going out of our way to pick up a Uhaul vehicle. This is the second time this has occurred. We realize that we live in a rural area and may need to go out of our way to pick it up, but we expect to be compensated directly for it.
